GRP brack­et

Our GRP bridge rail­ings are extreme­ly resis­tant to cor­ro­sion and the effects of the weath­er. Com­pared to rail­ings made of steel, alu­minum or wood, they offer a durable, light­weight and main­te­nance-free alter­na­tive for safe out­door use.

GRP thread­ed fas­ten­ers

Our GRE and epoxy resin screws as well as fiber­glass screws and nuts offer a high-strength, cor­ro­sion-resis­tant and elec­tri­cal­ly non-con­duc­tive alter­na­tive to con­ven­tion­al fas­ten­ers. Avail­able in sizes M6, M10, M12, M16, M20, M24 and M30.

GRP pro­files

Our fiber-rein­forced plas­tic pro­files are man­u­fac­tured using a pul­tru­sion process from syn­thet­ic resin-impreg­nat­ed rov­ings and fab­ric tapes. The result is high­ly sta­ble, durable and weath­er-resis­tant pro­files for a wide range of appli­ca­tions.

NMN with prepreg

Our high-qual­i­ty insu­la­tion mate­ri­als and com­pos­ites have been spe­cial­ly devel­oped for the elec­tri­cal and ener­gy sec­tor. They offer excel­lent ther­mal and elec­tri­cal insu­la­tion and are ide­al for use in gen­er­a­tors, trans­form­ers and elec­tric motors.

DMD 3‑layer insu­la­tion

Our DMD 3‑layer insu­la­tion con­sists of a poly­ester film with an impreg­nat­ed fleece lay­er on both sides and belongs to insu­la­tion class F (155 °C). It is char­ac­ter­ized by high elec­tri­cal strength, mechan­i­cal sta­bil­i­ty and a smooth sur­face — ide­al for auto­mat­ed pro­cess­ing.

NMN­M­Si

Our NMN­M­Si lam­i­nate insu­la­tion com­bines Nomex® 864 LAM, PET film and Nomex® 464 LAM with sil­i­conized PET. It belongs to the group of proven Nomex®-based lam­i­nate insu­la­tions (NMN, NKN, NM) and can be cus­tomized to meet spe­cif­ic per­for­mance require­ments in elec­tri­cal appli­ca­tions.

PrePreg

Our prepreg (short for pre-impreg­nat­ed) is a glass fab­ric pre-impreg­nat­ed with resin, which is pre-cured but not ful­ly hard­ened. When heat­ed, the resin becomes flow­able and adhe­sive again before it ful­ly cross-links. This enables pre­cise pro­cess­ing and high mechan­i­cal strength.

SlotWedges class F + H

Our spe­cial­ly man­u­fac­tured class F + H SlotWedges are made of rolled and pressed epoxy fiber­glass-iron pow­der prepreg. They offer excel­lent mag­net­ic con­duc­tiv­i­ty as well as high elec­tri­cal and ther­mal resis­tance. Their excep­tion­al mechan­i­cal strength makes them par­tic­u­lar­ly suit­able for use in the auto­mo­tive sec­tor.

SlotWedges class F

Our class F SlotWedges are made of high-qual­i­ty epoxy glass fiber iron pow­der prepreg and are char­ac­ter­ized by their excel­lent mag­net­ic con­duc­tiv­i­ty, elec­tri­cal insu­la­tion prop­er­ties and ther­mal resis­tance. Thanks to their high mechan­i­cal strength, they are ide­al for appli­ca­tions in the renew­able ener­gy sec­tor.

Cable tie

Our eth­yl­ene tetra­flu­o­roeth­yl­ene (ETFE) cable ties offer out­stand­ing chem­i­cal resis­tance and are suit­able for use at tem­per­a­tures up to +170 °C. Ide­al for gen­er­a­tors and the auto­mo­tive sec­tor where max­i­mum reli­a­bil­i­ty is required.

Fiber­glass sleeves

Our sil­i­cone-coat­ed, braid­ed fiber­glass sleeves pro­vide long-last­ing pro­tec­tion for elec­tri­cal cables in demand­ing envi­ron­ments. They are heat-resis­tant from 100 °C to 180 °C and avail­able in diam­e­ters from 0.5 mm to 35 mm — per­fect for indus­tri­al appli­ca­tions with high safe­ty require­ments.

Kap­ton adhe­sive tape

Our high-tem­per­a­ture resis­tant poly­imide adhe­sive tape is the ide­al solu­tion for reli­able pro­tec­tion and cov­er­age dur­ing sol­der­ing process­es. Tem­per­a­ture-resis­tant from -73 °C to 260 °C, the gold-col­ored, 68.58 µm thick tape with sil­i­cone adhe­sive offers excel­lent adhe­sion and flex­i­bil­i­ty for demand­ing appli­ca­tions.

UV-resis­tant cable ties

Our UV-resis­tant solar cable ties are spe­cial­ly devel­oped for durable and weath­er-resis­tant use in solar instal­la­tions and out­door areas. They with­stand sun, heat and mois­ture, pro­vide a secure attach­ment and ensure reli­able per­for­mance in extreme con­di­tions.
