NMN with prepreg

Our high-quality insulation materials and composites have been specially developed for the electrical and energy sector. They offer excellent thermal and electrical insulation and are ideal for use in generators, transformers and electric motors.

DMD 3-layer insulation

Our DMD 3-layer insulation consists of a polyester film with an impregnated fleece layer on both sides and belongs to insulation class F (155 °C). It is characterized by high electrical strength, mechanical stability and a smooth surface – ideal for automated processing.

NMNMSi

Our NMNMSi laminate insulation combines Nomex® 864 LAM, PET film and Nomex® 464 LAM with siliconized PET. It belongs to the group of proven Nomex®-based laminate insulations (NMN, NKN, NM) and can be customized to meet specific performance requirements in electrical applications.

PrePreg

Our prepreg (short for pre-impregnated) is a glass fabric pre-impregnated with resin, which is pre-cured but not fully hardened. When heated, the resin becomes flowable and adhesive again before it fully cross-links. This enables precise processing and high mechanical strength.

Magnetic wedges

SlotWedges class F + H

Our specially manufactured class F + H SlotWedges are made of rolled and pressed epoxy fiberglass-iron powder prepreg. They offer excellent magnetic conductivity as well as high electrical and thermal resistance. Their exceptional mechanical strength makes them particularly suitable for use in the automotive sector.

Cable tie

Our ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) cable ties offer outstanding chemical resistance and are suitable for use at temperatures up to +170 °C. Ideal for generators and the automotive sector where maximum reliability is required.

Fiberglass sleeves

Our silicone-coated, braided fiberglass sleeves provide long-lasting protection for electrical cables in demanding environments. They are heat-resistant from 100 °C to 180 °C and available in diameters from 0.5 mm to 35 mm – perfect for industrial applications with high safety requirements.

Kapton adhesive tape

Our high-temperature resistant polyimide adhesive tape is the ideal solution for reliable protection and coverage during soldering processes. Temperature-resistant from -73 °C to 260 °C, the gold-colored, 68.58 µm thick tape with silicone adhesive offers excellent adhesion and flexibility for demanding applications.
