What do magnetic wedges do in the engine?<\/h2>\n

Magnetic wedges are placed in the slots of the rotor or stator, where they perform several critical functions:<\/p>\n

  1. Fixation of windings or permanent magnets<\/strong>: They reliably prevent slippage or loosening under high speeds and mechanical loads.<\/li>\n

      We also offer conductive<\/strong> metal magnetic wedges<\/strong> for special drive concepts. This variant is particularly suitable where magnetic conductivity is required – for example for targeted field guidance in the rotor:<\/p>\n
